Refund Policy

1. Overview
At ANALIST by Altai Digital, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for credits or subscriptions purchased through our platform. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Digital Service & Right of Withdrawal
ANALIST is a digital service as defined under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Under European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases. However, by initiating an analysis or using purchased credits, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (i.e., the analysis has been delivered). This consent is obtained at the point of purchase in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
3. Free Analysis (Freemium)
Every new account receives one (1) complimentary analysis at no cost. This free analysis is provided so you can evaluate the Service before making any purchase. Because you have the opportunity to try the Service for free, we encourage you to use your free analysis before purchasing credits. The free analysis is limited to one per account and is non-transferable.
4. Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. However, we may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If an analysis fails due to a platform error on our end and credits were deducted, we will automatically restore the credits to your account or issue a refund upon request.
- Duplicate purchase: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Unused credits: If you purchased credits but have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
5. Subscription Plans
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access and remaining credits for that billing cycle will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
- First billing cycle: If you cancel a new subscription within 7 days of your first payment and have not used more than one analysis with subscription credits, you may request a full refund of that billing cycle.
- Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge. If no subscription credits have been used in the new billing cycle, we will issue a full refund for that renewal.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Credits that have already been consumed for completed analyses
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis results, scripts, or recommendations (these are generated by AI and may vary in quality)
- Analyses performed on accounts with insufficient public content (e.g., private accounts, accounts with very few posts, or no viral content above our detection threshold)
- Failure to use the free analysis before purchasing credits
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Credit purchases made more than 14 days ago where credits have been partially or fully used
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@analist.digital with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID or receipt (from Stripe)
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
